After

This was a simple studio space in a building that had been a school. The before shot is taken from the same perspective as the after. The new clear fir stairway leads up to the added loft space which includes a spacious bedroom, office and sitting area. The loft ceiling is the underside of the roof and includes several skylights. New windows at the rear wall echo the original schoolhouse style windows elsewhere in the building.
