History
Winans Construction, Inc. was founded in 1978 by Paul and Nina Winans, who continue to be active in the industry promoting good remodeling practices. The company is led by Gary Belk, a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Environmental Design (Architecture).
Winans Construction has received numerous local and national awards including the highest recognition for quality achievement in the remodeling industry—the coveted National Remodeling Quality Gold Award.
