HISTORY

Winans Construction offers the full service expertise of a design/build firm, focusing on major remodeling in the San Francisco Bay Area, primarily in the East Bay and San Francisco. Winans Construction, Inc. was founded in 1978 by Paul and Nina Winans,who continue to be active in the industry promoting good remodeling practices. The company is led by Gary Belk, a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Environmental Design (Architecture).
